Services for Willie Washington Sr. will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11:00am at the Starlight Baptist Church in Marksville, LA; Rev. Keith Jones will be officiating. Burial will be held in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park; Ball, LA. Service are under the direction of Winnfield Funeral Home of Alexandria. Willie Washington Sr. age 85 of Alexandria departed this life Tuesday August 23,2016. He is preceded in death by one son Johnny Lee Washington, his parents and nine siblings. He leaves to cherish in his memory his wife of 66 years, Thelma Jacob Washington, his sons Willie Washington Jr., Albert Washington, Rick Washington. Two daughters, Wilma W. McCoy, Thelma W. Bowman. Seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, two sisters one brother, and a host of nieces and nephews.
