Our precious Sandy went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Monday August 22,2016.
Sandy was born July 5,1968, in Greensburg, La., raised in Livingston Parish and a resident of Marksville, La. Survived by: husband, Keith Nugent; son, Devin Rachal; stepson, Joshua Nugent; mother, Stella Ballard Portier; mother & father in-law, Barbara & Jimmy Nugent; brothers and sister-in-laws, Tommy & Debbie Portier; Robert & Judy Portier; Clay & Mellisa Portier; sisters and brothers in-law, Betty & Ken Stafford; Debbie & Huey (Jr.) White; Linda Portier & Ernest Guidry; Vickey Turner; Susan & Mike Lauret; Brenda & Mike Alexander; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Preceded in death by: father, Thomas Bernard Portier, Sr.; brother, Sidney Anthony Portier, Sr.; grandparents, Clay & Estellina Ledet Portier; Willie Oscar (Bill) & Elmer Hood Ballard. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home in Livingston on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 from 5 p.m. till 9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 8 a.m. till service at 10 a.m. conducted by Rev. Ray Johnson. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.
