Funeral services for Pearl DeSoto Gremillion of Baton Rouge formerly of Plaucheville will be at 10am on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Plaucheville. Burial will follow immediately in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, September23, 2016 at Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport from 5pm to 9 pm. The funeral home will reopen Saturday at 8 am. A Rosary will be recited at 9 am Saturday in the funeral home.
Ms. Gremillion passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at her home in Baton Rouge. Ms. Gremillion was preceded in death by her first husband Anthony ''Tony'' Gremillion; husband Robert Turner and a brother J.C. Desoto.
Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Mark Gremillion of Brandon, Mississippi and Perry Gremillion of Leesville; daughter, Patricia Bergeron of Dallas Texas; sisters, Laura Willis of Baker, Jewel Willis of Bayou Jack, Henrietta Stokes of Fort Smith, AR, and Mary DeSoto of Dupont; grandchildren, Ashley Coker, Abigail Gremillion, Michael Gremillion, Jennifer Oriego, Paige Gremillion and Mary Claire Gremillion; great grandchildren, Olive Kate Coker, Max Parker Gremillion and Hunt M. Gremillion.
