Funeral services for Mrs. Tracy Mayeux will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at First Baptist Church, Pine Prairie, with Reverend Keith Sheridan officiating. Interment will follow in Vandenburg Cemetery, Bayou Chicot, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.
Mrs. Mayeux, 45, of Bunkie, entered eternal rest on Friday, September 9, 2016 in Ville Platte, LA.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Comeaux; her grandmother, Genevie Dupont and her mother-in-law, Marilyn Mayeux.
Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her loving husband of thirty years, Philip Mayeux, of Bunkie; one son, Jacob Mayeux, of Turkey Creek; two daughters, Shelby Gautreaux and her husband, Ryan, of Turkey Creek and Amy Mayeux and her fiance’, Steven Fontenot, of Turkey Creek; her mother, Debra Comeaux, of Bunkie; one brother, Cody Comeaux, of Bunkie; one sister, Holly Comeaux, of Marksville and four grandchildren, Kara Skie, Azlynn Rayne, Jarin Cain and Sophia Jayne.
Friends may call First Baptist Church, Pine Prairie on Monday, September 12, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Visitation will reopen on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
